Age Group Head Coach Appointments

Under 12’s Head Coach Angela Hendley-Boys will take the reins for the first time, after a highly successful performance with the Under 14’s. Through a development first and a focus on holistic athlete-centred approach, Angela has achieved impressive results throughout her coaching roles with the Tigers and we look forward to her transferring that to our Under 12’s program.

Under 14’s Head Coach, Warrick Giddey is synonymous with the Melbourne Tigers girls program having achieved success with a number of teams over the recent years, including winning the Under 12 VC Championship in 2019. The club looks forward to Warwick leading our future high-performance athletes, in what is arguably one of the most important roles.

Under 16’s Head Coach Ray Tomlinson, is no stranger to success, being one of the greatest coaches in the history of women’s basketball in this country. Transitioning up from Under 14’s, Ray will continue to build the next generation of elite players that he has done so well over many years.
