TIGERS ADD BRANCATISANO TRIO TO ROSTER

The Melbourne Tigers have added three exciting athletes to their 2021 NBL1 South roster.
Isa, Charlotte and Maddy Brancatisano are sisters with impeccable basketball pedigrees and a fierce determination to compete.
All three played their junior ball at the Melbourne Tigers and more recently took the court for Geelong’s NBL1 team, in 2019. The guards will create a formidable back court with Monique Conti.
Isa signed with the Tigers for the ill-fated 2020 season, but the appointment of David Herbert as coach for 2021 saw all three keen to play.
Isa Brancatisano said, “We are excited to be back playing together and at Melbourne where our junior basketball started. Having Herbie as head coach was a great incentive for us to return, he brings the best out in all of us. It is a fun team to be a part of and we think we have a team to challenge for playoffs.”
Continuing the ‘family’ theme, Mum Emma Brancatisano will be the Team’s manager. She is one of the most accomplished TMs around.
The Tigers stage their first home game at MSAC on Saturday 17th April.
