TIGERS STOP BANDITS

The Melbourne Tigers have won their first game of the season after orchestrating an impressive second half comeback against the Albury Wodonga Bandits.
After a stalemate in the first term, the Bandits took a 10-point lead into the half time break thanks to some strong work on the interior from Mitchell Dance.
Dance led the Bandits in scoring, getting inside against the Tigers for 28 points.
Melbourne however were not ready to give up, shooting the lights out from the outside in the second half.
Felix von Hofe once again impressed for the Tigers, scoring 33 points while stretching the floor for his teammates, allowing Melbourne to complete the second half comeback and run away with a five-point win.
